The crews onsite have been busy moving construction along at Benchmark these last few weeks!

The Building A exterior painting work is forging ahead with the last exterior unit glazing details scheduled to be completed by the end of this month.

The interiors are progressing on schedule with drywalling starting for the first round of units as well as the steel stud work. The warehouse demising is underway for the twelve north units.

Building B is really coming together with the tilt panel formwork progressing quickly! The exterior concrete finish is being applied to the designated areas. The roof structure for the middle phase is currently being completed with the rubber roof membrane installation starting this week. Mezzanine work is next on the list with the first units starting shortly.
